Privacy is part of the platform architecture.
This policy describes the information Pocket handles, why it is needed, who may receive it, and the choices available to creators, travelers, and website visitors.

How We Use Data
- Operate and personalize digital agency storefronts and back-office workflows.
- Search travel inventory, process booking inquiries, synchronize supplier bookings, and support traveler service.
- Provide CRM, appointments, group trips, media planning, Pocket.Money, tax summaries, analytics, and customer support.
- Run AI-assisted features at your request and return generated drafts for human review.
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud, protect the platform, troubleshoot errors, and enforce our Terms.
- Communicate about accounts, beta access, security, platform changes, and marketing where permitted.
- Improve products using aggregated or de-identified data where practical and comply with legal obligations.
Where required, processing is based on contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, consent, or protection of users and the public.
We may share necessary information with infrastructure, analytics, AI, communications, travel, payment, authentication, and professional-service providers; authorized workspace participants; regulators; law enforcement; or a corporate successor. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
04
Payments & Billing
Payments are processed through encrypted third-party merchant and payment partners such as Stripe and approved travel suppliers. Pocket does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.
We retain transaction logs, provider identifiers, booking totals, fees, commissions, refunds, disputes, subscription details, and payout records for service operation, reconciliation, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and creator reporting.
When live travel payments are enabled, card collection and any required 3D Secure authentication will be handled through approved PCI-compliant providers. Their separate privacy terms also apply.
05
Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, access controls, restricted backoffice access, administrator two-factor authentication, signed webhooks, scoped authorization, and encryption for selected secrets and sensitive values.
No system is completely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, records, disputes, security, and legal obligations. Information may be processed internationally by Pocket and its providers using required contractual or legal safeguards.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, marketing opt-out, or appeal. We may verify identity before completing a request. Pocket is intended for adults; platform accounts generally require users to be at least 18.
Necessary cookies support authentication, security, preferences, and core functionality. Optional analytics or performance technologies will use consent or opt-out controls where required.
